The REBUILD IRAQ RECRUITMENT PROGRAM supports iraqi citizens or people who want to work in Iraq. All our candidates do not must speak fluent English, but it is helpful if the candidates have fluency in at least one foreign language. RIRP candidates can participate on english, german or french language intensive Crash Courses. At the end of the Course every candidate receives a Certificate of Attendance with a detailed report on their work during the Course and level of attainment.

All candidates have to register into the CV database form. The CV database form replaces the regular CV.

The candidate registration will be matched with the company vacancies by "skill based routing (SBR)". The RIRP service for candidates is free of charge and candidates can be assured that their application will be treated in a confidential manner.

We always discuss relevant vacancies with all suitable candidates and therefore in accordance to the SBR (Recruitment & Employment skill based routing) best practice all candidates are informed as to where their CV data file is being sent.
